Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.

Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of original receipt. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of original receipt. You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes bargain items.

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.

No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.

For exchanges, customers must pay the shipping costs for shipping the item back to us and for us shipping the items back to them. A paypal invoice will be sent to the email address on file for the shipping amount due.

Gift Certificates are not refundable
